The use of our (Aussie E Bikes) products may result in injuries and risks commonly associated with e-bike related activities . It is recommended that consumers always wear proper safety equipment and protective gear, including but not limited to gloves and helmets that comply with the AS/NZS 2063:2008 standard (for bicycle helmets).  By using our products, you voluntarily assume the risk of injuries, and further acknowledge that Aussie E-Bikes directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers or service providers are not liable for any injuries, losses, and/or damages resulting from use of it's products. 

When purchasing our products you are acknowledging all applicable laws, which may govern the use of this product in public areas.  These products are not to be used in such instances which may violate local or state laws and/or in public areas which may cause injuries or accidents to bystanders. 

Aussie E-Bikes directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers or service providers shall not be responsible for any injuries, losses and/or damages resulting from the modifications of any of its products, by the consumer. 

Battery Safety

Users should avoid using batteries or chargers that are damaged or overheating, as this could result in explosions or fire hazards. It is recommended that charging commences only once the battery has completely cooled.  Aussie e bikes are not liable for any damages or injuries that may occur.  It is the consumers responsibility to ensure the proper and safe use of these products.

All products listed are subject to availability.  We reserve the right to refuse any order placed.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are not accepted.

Shipping and Delivery

It is our aim to be your order to you promptly but delivery times may vary.  Aussie e bikes are not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery. Standard shipping costs are free of charge however Express Shipping is at an additional cost, which is calculated at checkout and is at the responsibility of the customer.
